Starlings Toymaster, are a long established UK toys and games retailer. We have been trading in Sheringham and the surrounding area of Norfolk for over 95 years, and during that time have gained a reputation for quality, customer service and value for money.

If you need to contact us by phone our business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday.
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to Starlings Toymaster to purchase a product or products, and our acceptance of your order, and completion of the contract between you and us will only take place on the dispatch of the products you have ordered. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your order. Such non-acceptance may be the result of one of the following:

The sales contract between us is completed in England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt, (although this is not a guarantee). You may cancel your order prior to it being despatched. Your Credit or Debit Card will not be charged until we have despatched your goods.
If you need to cancel your order once the goods have been despatched you will need to contact us using the details at the top of this page.

Our checkout process uses high-level SSL encryption technology. If paying by PayPal, you will be transferred to their secure server to login and select your payment options. If using our secure payment option, your details will be transferred to PROTX ePDQ secure server at the end of the checkout process. Your transaction is then verified and authorised, and finally you will be sent an email receipt of your order.
Your goods should reach you within 3 working days of your order being placed. It is our aim however to ship all orders by the next working day following receipt, (for orders received before 12:00 noon).
Consignments despatched using ANC Express next day service and may be delivered at anytime between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm. Unfortunately it is not possible to specify an am or pm delivery time.

We offer a flat rate of only £5.95, no matter how many items you order, for all UK mainland post codes.
Next day delivery for all UK mainland post codes is £7.95.

Next day delivery is £18.95.
We want you to be completely satisfied with all your purchases from Starlings Toymaster.co.uk, however any item may be returned within 7 working days of receipt, provided it remains in its original saleable condition. Delivery and return costs will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased you may return it within 7 working days from the date you received the product for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging, in a re-saleable condition complete with any seals and shrink wrap intact. The original cost of delivery to you will not be refunded. We will deduct a 20% restocking charge for all items returned. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We suggest you use a registered delivery service for your own security and peace of mind. Please follow the instructions detailed below under How To Return An Item.
Goods Damaged On Receipt
Goods that are visibly damaged upon receipt should not be accepted or signed for. If the damage is only apparent upon opening, or if the goods have been left without being signed for, please contact Internet Customer Services for instructions as soon as possible.
How To Return An Item
Within 7 working days of receipt, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address, order number, product details and an explanation of why you want to return the item. You may also telephone Internet Customer Services on 01362 697769 with your details.
When appropriate, you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the item. Please write your Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
We reserve the right not to accept returned goods without a valid Returns Authorisation Number.
